Dice with numbers from 1 to 20 spread evenly, can be used instead of a D20 to give a higher chance of low and high results.
In D&D this gives a higher chance of crit successes and crit failures, the smaller the dice the more extreme the 'luck'.
Now including the D2 for a 50/50 shot of 20 or 1.
